Orders

Your order of a vehicle from the Genus website is an offer by you. All orders are subject to acceptance by Genus, availability, price changes and the payment of a deposit in accordance with your accepted order. If the vehicle you have ordered is not available, Genus will contact you by email or telephone to provide possible alternatives. If the vehicle is available and Genus accepts your offer then Genus will contact you to request payment of the deposit in accordance with your accepted order.

Prices

The prices quoted include VAT if personal leasing and does not include VAT if business leasing, delivery by the dealer to your chosen UK mainland destination, number plate, Road Fund Licence for the term ( if applicable ) and Vehicle Registration Charge.

Genus reserves the right to change the price either before or after Genus accepts any order. Genus shall notify you of such a change and you have the right to cancel your order if the change is not acceptable.

Prices on the web site are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by Genus capable of an acceptance by you.

Upon agreement by both parties and the relevant order form signed by you, and after finance acceptance has been confirmed a non refundable deposit of £250 will be taken by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.

All vehicle leasing information contained in this website is current at the time of publication and whilst the greatest care has been taken over its compilation,
Genus Vehicle Solutions cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

Unless otherswise stated all examples are based on contract hire, an initial payment equal to 3 monthly payments, followed by 23/35/47 monthly payments, 10,000 miles per annum and non maintenance.

Delivery/Registration

Upon receipt of correct finance documentation and any balance of monies Genus will arrange delivery of the vehicle to your chosen destination.

Local registrations of vehicles are not always possible.

Delivery dates are subject to change by the manufacturer.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

Genus is committed to customer service. Should you have any complaint about the Genus service, we will endeavour to resolve them in a fair and effective manner.

Please inform Genus by email at enquiries@genusleasing.com should you have any complaint about our service. We are committed to acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and undertaking all reasonable efforts to resolving it promptly under the circumstances. We will provide you with a timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you regularly updated with its progress.

Free Tom Tom Offer

After delivery Genus will send a new Tom Tom One to all customers that have ordered a car with finance acceptance between 20th February 2009 and 31st March 2009. Upon ordering the customer must quote promotion code satnav1 or satnav2 to qualify.
